
Decadent Vegan Caramel
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut cream
1/2 cup coconut sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla paste or extract
Directions
Add the coconut cream and sugar to a pot
Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly, turn the heat to low and cook for 25 mins on a low heat stirring regularly
Remove the caramel from the stove and add the salt and vanilla
Transfer to a container and allow the caramel to cool before popping on the lid
Store in the fridge for up to a week
